The brother of Mariah Carey's, Morgan Carey 51 has branded the singer an "evil witch". calling her  "heartless" after she allegedly refused to pay for hospital treatment for their dying sister.

According to The Sun he said: "She probably spends more on dog food than it would cost to make sure her sister gets properly cared for."

Morgan who said he hasn't spoken to his sister for two and a half years and found out about her recent engagement to Australian billionaire James Packer through social media.

He claimed that, while trying to get in touch with his sister the diva never cared to reciprocate.

“I told Mariah my wife had miscarried and she never even responded to that email either," he said.

“But that’s typical, because the world has to revolve around Mariah and there is no room in the world apart from her.”

Their sister Alison, 54, is awaiting brain and spine surgery.  “Your sister is dying and she is struggling and where are you? You think you are so fabulous, but you are a witch.” Morgan said

Morgan who revealed that Alison is HIV positive, said she first fell ill last year and throughout her health struggles, Mariah has been absent.

  Saying it was time for her to support the family,  “Mariah needs to step up. I flew in from Hawaii last year when Alison was taken off a ventilator, believing she was going to die.

“My sister didn’t even show up at the hospital."

“Alison has desperately reached out to Mariah over and over again. We never hear back.” He said.

 While, this is not the first time Mariah's brother has spoken about his famous sibling. Last year he said she will die like Whitney Houston in an interview with the National Enquirer.
