The Rapper 50 Cent No Longer Want To Be Associated With His Son

You remember the controversy between the father and son, after 50 wrote about his son on instagram going to get a job, as he count down on child support for his son. the entertainer is now deciding to cut him off a-year early, at least as far as association goes.

50's decision to unhitch from his son has some fans interpreting the decision as tough love. Others are viewing the entertainer as publicly disowning his son in the manner he has as further evidence supporting his son’s claim that 50 hasn’t been the most involved father.

In a recent photo of his older son, the caption referred to Marquise as “50 Cent’s son” and made reference to the two discussing the 17-year-old's interest in pursuing an acting career. 50 Cent got wind of the photo and decided to take the opportunity to add to the tension between them from their recent Instagram back-and-forth.

50 Cent wrote- “His name is Marquise, take 50cent’s son out your post please,” “He is on his own path, doing his own thing. I have nothing to do with this project.”

Such comment naturally has everyone wondering sounding off on social media as to whether it’s petty, problematic or simply stating the facts that Marquise is growing up and coming into his own without the help of his celebrity father.
